This was a one-of-a-kind experience that we feel so lucky to have had the chance to do. Chris is a master at his craft but taught us in such a kind and approachable way. We loved learning from him and highly recommend this to everyone. From start to finish we learned so much and the hands-on experience of making our own glass art piece was one of the coolest things we’ve done. We booked this experience as part of a birthday trip for my 7 year old. Chris was so great with her and she said it was one of her favorite things we’ve ever done. Truly do not hesitate to book this experience. You will be so glad you did!

It was such a unique and fun experience! If the weekend is coming up and you don’t know what to do, I highly recommend signing up for this. It’s in Santa Cruz/Capitola, so make it a day trip and grab a bite at the beach after! You won’t regret it!

My 13 year old grandson and I took a hot glass blowing class yesterday. Tyler is a very knowledgeable, patient teacher who takes great pride in sharing his art as does Chris Johnson who also graciously answered questions from my younger grandson who was able to observe us from a safe distance. The hands-on experience was fabulous-safety always emphasized during the entire process. I highly recommend taking a class for a memorable experience!

Loved taking a class here! Everyone was super friendly and we had a great time. There was on person at our time slot who needed some accommodations and they were SO inclusive it was just wonderful to see!

Participated in a really fun class here. You got to choose from an outer glass shape, internal glass structure, and colors. The instructors helped us along the way. I felt very safe despite working with some very hot glass. It was very hands-on and very fun!

Chris Johnson Hot Glass experience was Amazing. Chris and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful through entire process. Took my wife and 12yr old son and the had a great time. This will be a memorable experience in our life. Would definitely recommend the experience.

Amazing experience! My partner and I wanted something unique and creative to do and this absolutely exceeded all our expectations! Chris was extremely patient with us and explained everything in great detail. We got to pick out the colors we wanted, shape, and make it from scratch! Great value for how long we spent their and what we created. Will definitely be back!

I got this for my son’s 21st birthday present in September. My son and I both thought it was a blast. I was super glad that Chris helped me as much as he did because I had a difficult time absorbing the verbal instructions given beforehand. I only had a couple bucks to tip them in the jar so I was glad it was an option on the card machine because what they are doing deserves a tip in my opinion.

We had a class with Tyler and it was great! We were there with another couple and the whole experience was fun and easy. Everyone was happy to help, explain the processes and patient with tons of questions and photos. The glass pieces we made turned out beautifully. We will definitely return.

The entire experience was very enjoyable, and I am definitely thinking of taking the 5 lesson experience!
