FAQ
Can I schedule a private lesson/experience for myself or my group? Yes we welcome requests for private glass experiences. Pricing starts at $500 for private experiences for one or two individuals. Private group experiences require a minimum of 4 people. Please call us at 831-246-1652 for more details and to find out if your preferred date is available.
What should I wear to my glass experience?
Natural Fibers and closed-toe shoes. Natural fibers consist of:
cotton, wool, hemp, silk, linen. The studio can be chilly at times if you aren’t in the blowing area, so having a hoodie or light jacket is a good idea.
Can my kids come and watch?
This depends on the maturity of the child(ren). We love to share the excitement of a working glass studio with kids, but please remember we will be working with HOT GLASS, metal poles, etc. so it’s important for everyone to follow our safety guidelines.
If I want to add on different effects in my glass piece, can I add this once I get into the studio?
Yes, you can add on different effects to your glass once you get to the studio and pay for the add-ons at the time of your experience.
Can I change my mind about the shape or object that I want to make, from the one I booked online?
Yes, once you get to the studio, you can change your mind about the object you want to make! If your inspiration takes you to a more complex object there may be an additional charge.
How do we get our pieces of artwork after the experience?
Next day pick up or shipping.
Either way is fine. You can make those arrangements at the time of your experience. Shipping rates start at $25 and may increase depending on distance and weight.
My Groupon is getting ready to expire or has expired already, can I still use it?
Yes, we will honor your Groupon, whether it’s expired or getting ready to expire, up to one year past the expiration date. You can also request a voucher equivalent to the purchase price of your Groupon. Vouchers can be used toward the purchase of anything in our gallery.
